Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in Seaford, Delaware and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

   Their are not really any condo communities in Seaford, however their is a newly developing golf community. The Seaford Country Club has been around for many many years, but recently they have started developing this area and building homes around the course. Their is also a very nice and also very new, over 55, golf community in Bridgeville Delaware caled Heritage Shores. Bridgeville is only about 3 miles north of Seaford and is a very nice little town that is growing. Their are lots of activities inside this community and prices are reasonable. To get more info on Heritage Shores visit their website at www.heritageshores.com.
   This area is also only about 30 minutes to the beach.
